Production Strength
As a professional PVC foil manufacturer in China, B-TRUST is equipped with advanced automatic printing machines, laminating machines, and coating lines. Our daily production capacity reaches up to 200,000 meters.
To date, we have developed over 800 color options and continue to launch new trendy designs every year based on evolving market demands. Each color may require unique printing and embossing rollers — we currently own more than 500 printing rollers and 300 embossing rollers, enabling flexible customization without the need for new tooling.
Design Development
While we actively develop designs that are popular in the Chinese market, we are also closely connected to global trends. We research which colors are trending in your country and listen to customer feedback to understand specific preferences. This enables us to create custom colors and designs tailored for your local market.
Quality Control
You can count on us for consistent color accuracy across batches. We store a physical sample from each order for up to 3 years and maintain a detailed color database, making it easy to track and match your previous orders. Every new production is carefully matched to your last order to ensure seamless consistency.
