1). Cold/Hot Laminate
Cold Laminate means we don’t have to heat PVC foil before laminating, while hot laminate on the contrary. The laminating machine can laminate PVC foil on plywood panels/MDF panels/WPC boards/PVC boards/steel sheet/real wood panels etc.. We fix PVC foil roll and unwind the roll. Laminate machine glues the panel first and press PVC foil on panel.
2). Vacuum Press
Vacuum Press is divided into negative pressure vacuum press, and negative and positive pressure vacuum press. The second machine will have better performance on pressing PVC foil on other subjects such as boards/profiles. When it comes to complex shaped subjects, we always choose a vacuum press machine.
3). Wrapping Machine
For profiles, we always choose wrapping machine.
4). Membrane Machine

FAQ's
There are three possibilites, first is because the poor color fastness of PVC foil, the PVC foil raw material formula is very important. Second is because the printing material, substandard printing material will cause color fading. Third is because PVC foil is exposed to sunlight for too long time, if your place has strong sunlight, using UV protection PVC foil is a must.
Under same process conditions, the PVC foil which is easily broken might have quality defect. Some suppliers use very cheap raw material which is made of a lot of waste materials and fillers that causes the PVC foil to break easily.
PVC foil has a memory temperature, it means when it is produced, it will have a temperature itself, when it is processed second time, the memory temperature occurs, if the process temperature is higher than memory temperature, the performance of PVC foil changes.
PVC foil is widely used as a facing material that can be membraned, laminated, vacuum pressed with wood panels, MDF boards, PVC panels, profiles, steel panels etc. It’s normally processed by vacuum press machine, laminating machine, membrane machine or manual pasting.
